  • One-on-one thought partnership and coaching for strategic planning, organizational development and structure/(re)structure, revamping your salary/compensation packages, and planning & creating impact reports


  • One-on-one or small group sessions for team building for new or mid-level managers to support leadership, supervision, and project management 


  • One-on-one or small group clinical supervision* for new case managers, outreach workers, and direct service staff


*Clinical supervision as part of an accredited program depends on the state
